He holds an Honours degree in Operations Management from the University of Nottingham and subsequently completed his postgraduate studies at the London College of Printing, where he developed a strong foundation in print production and management.
He began his professional career in Singapore as a supervisor at Times Printers, gaining valuable hands-on experience in large-scale printing operations. He later moved to Canada, where he served as a Senior Financial Accountant at IBM, further strengthening his expertise in corporate finance, and international business practices. Upon returning to Mauritius, he assumed the role of Director of Cathay Printing Ltd.

With over 16 years’ experience in Canada as a Financial Security Advisor and Mutual Fund Representative, she worked with major insurers such as Desjardins Financial Security and Industrial Alliance, earning multiple performance awards.
Since returning to Mauritius in 2017, she has applied her expertise in private wealth and financial services, now leading business ventures including real estate while contributing to community leadership.

Mrs. Kate LI KWONG WING is a Barrister-at-Law with over fifteen years’ experience advising on corporate, regulatory, and governance matters within leading law firms and large organisations in Mauritius. She has also worked in the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices of an international law firm. Her professional background spans private practice and senior in-house roles, with particular depth in corporate governance, board advisory, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Mr. David Koon Kam King qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London, bringing with him 25+ years of experience in dealing with corporate members and 6+ years of experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. He worked in Africa (Johannesburg, Togo), the United Kingdom (London), France (Paris), Madagascar, and Seychelles. David currently acts as the Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee of one of the largest cell captive insurance in South Africa. He sits on the investment committee of a specialized fund investing in Africa and the Middle East and currently holds the role of Immediate Past President of the Chinese Business Chamber (CBC) to facilitate business relationships. He represents the Chamber on the Board of the MCCI (Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry).

Mr. Eric Wong Choi Wah is a Fellow Member of ACCA, a licensed auditor with the Financial Reporting Council, and a registered Public Accountant with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mauritius. He began his audit career at Deloitte Mauritius and subsequently at KPMG Mauritius, where he gained extensive experience in statutory audits. He later transitioned into senior finance leadership roles, serving as Finance Manager within subsidiaries of major Mauritian conglomerates including ENL and IBL, further strengthening his expertise in commercial finance. His professional experience also includes foreign assignments in Luxembourg, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, providing him with strong cross-border exposure. Eric is currently an Audit Partner at Nolands Mauritius.
