AGM of Chinese Business Chamber on 5 August 2021
Please find attached the Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Chinese Business Chamber which will be held on Thursday 05th August 2021 at 17h30 at its registered office 1st Floor, TN Tower, St Georges Street, Port Louis. The Notice has also been published in L`Express of 22 July 2021.
We have received a large number of applications (15) for the 5 vacant Board Positions. Please refer to the bios of the candidates, as attached in this mail, before selecting 5 candidates.

Given that the number of physical attendees will be kept to 50 maximum to comply with Sanitary Regulations. Please send us an email if you are planning to physically attend the AGM. Alternatively, the Proxy Form must be deposited at the CBC’s Registered Office or be received by email not later than 24 hours before the commencement of the meeting.
