The Site is being used for the following but limited to, provide information about Chinese Business Chamber, promote our upcoming events, provide information about our courses, archive pictures of our past events, and used as a contact point.

Chinese Business Chamber makes no representations or warranties regarding how user data is stored or used on third party servers. We have also implemented social plug-ins from Social Media Platforms on the Site. Where a relevant social plug-in appears on the Site your browser visiting the Site will set up a direct connection to the servers of the Social Media Platform. Chinese Business Chamber gives you choices regarding the collection and usage of your personally identifiable information. If you have registered for any Chinese Business Chamber’s related updates and do not wish to receive future communications, please use the unsubscribe link in our communication. However, by doing so, you acknowledge and agree that Chinese Business Chamber do not guarantee that you will receive further information from our communication system and will not be held responsible.

In order to provide the best information to you in response to your enquiry or request for information, Chinese Business Chamber may pass, in our legitimate interests, your personal data to one or more of the firms within the Chinese Business Chamber’s member who may then respond directly to you.

STORAGE AND RETENTION

Information collected from visitors to the Site will only be kept in order to provide the required service. Where you ultimately become a member of Chinese Business Chamber, your data will be retained for as long as you maintain a member relationship with us, in order to meet our obligations to you and for a period after that to identify issues, respect claim limitation periods and to resolve any legal proceedings.

We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help improve our services. Information is held and ultimately destroyed in accordance with Chinese Business Chamber’s data retention policies.
